Quality Management Foundations is the work of building the chart — and the practice — so they never have to be defended. It's documentation integrity, clinical risk assessment, and patient safety, strengthened from inside the health system rather than imposed from outside it.
Taught by a nurse who evaluated care delivery in VA medical facilities as a health systems inspector with the VA Office of Inspector General.
Why this path fits the bedside nurse
