Work With Janice Fleming, DNP, RN, CNL, CPHQ
Whether you are a nurse navigating the TRN Framework™, an educator or researcher, an organization seeking consulting or speaking, or a community group — there is a path here for you.
FOR NURSES
You have given everything the system asked for. Something broke — or you felt it about to.
The TRN Framework™ is built for nurses who are done absorbing the system's failures and ready to move forward with clarity and intention.
The framework moves through four pillars:
Heal — understand and recover from burnout, moral injury, and the physiological cost of chronic occupational stress.
Rebuild — reclaim your professional identity, confidence, and direction.
Communicate — strengthen your boundaries, language, and professional voice.
Redirect — navigate career transition and explore new professional paths.
CNE programs in the TRN Framework™, quality management, AI Accountability for Registered Nurses, and in-house legal nurse consulting preparation are in the approval process with the New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA). Join the community now to be notified at launch.
